Acquisition of enjoying Life

WOW! What an Awesome Service we had yesterday. Don't miss this Wednesday for anything. I want to remind all that we will be starting our Morning Show on September 7, 2009 @ 6:30 a.m.- click here for more information .

1 Kings 19:7 (King James Version)

And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.

Life at times can be very busy. Dropping the children off at daycare, school, going to work, projects due, lawn needs cut, house needs cleaned, car needs washing, and the list goes on and on. But the key to enjoying life and not enduring it is taking time out and spending it with God.

Jesus was having discourse to a woman at the well and explaining to her about having Him as the center of her life will remove all the stress, struggle, and strain.

John 4:11-13 (King James Version)

11The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?12Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?13Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:

The woman was more concerned about all the legalities and her everyday life. She failed to understand every source of strength see needs comes from Him.

Today, take time and allow His strength to energize you. He can place a spiritual energizer in your spirit that will take the stress, struggle, and strain our of life. You will then be able to enjoy it, then endure it.

Positioned for Success

It's Friday, Make sure to plan this weekend to come to church. The message I have is going to be off the chart. Don't miss it, bring your family, friends, neighbor's, co-workers and see God move in their life.

Genesis 6:8 K.J.V. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

Ergonomic is that which is intended to provide optimum comfort and to avoid stress or injury. God's ergonomic is designed to provide a stress free environment. He does this with His grace. It takes the stress, struggle, and strain out of our life.

If you were to go and build an in ground pool in your backyard and all you had was a shovel, it would be almost impossible to do. It would probably take you weeks to finish. But if you went and obtained a back hoe and began to dig, it would not take you long at all. The back hoe took the stress, struggle, and strain out of the project. That is the same with grace. It takes the stress, struggle, and strain out of our life.

Acts 4:33 (King James Version)

33And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.

They had great grace. Another words they were fully equipped to handle all the tasks that were ahead. They were positioned for success.

Today, position yourself for success by allowing His grace in your life and see God's greatness come out.

Passion for Purpose

It's Wednesday, What an exciting time we are having serving God. Our excitement is not predicated upon what is happening around us, but what is happening within.

Matthew 6:33 (New Living Translation)

Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.

Passion is strong and a barely controllable emotion. Passions in our life causes us to act and react to situations. For example if you have children and someone does something to harm them, you probably would become very passionate about making the situation right and bring justice to the person that is trying to hurt your child. But passion without purpose is simply uncontrollable emotion that will end up in death.

Jesus said to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Righteousness in it's simplest form is being in right standing with God. The Kingdom of God is God's form, fashion, and way of life. Kingdom is a King that has a dominion. So, when we make Jesus the Lord of our Life, we make Him King over all our Kingdom or life. Another way of putting this is He is the owner, and we are the managers. As managers, we must always consult the Owner in every area of our life to bring about His best interest for our lives.

When we do this, our passions will have purpose. In John 2:17 it says

Then his disciples remembered this prophecy from the Scriptures: “Passion for God’s house will consume me.

Jesus had walked into the temple and found they were miss using the House of God. He then began to remove those that had wrongfully used the House of God. He had passion and purpose. Jesus said at the end "My house will be called a House of Prayer"; His passion had purpose.

Today, make sure your passions are not derived from a bad root or an emotional scar. Let it be with God ordained purpose.

Leading By Example

WoW! What an Awesome Service we had. If you missed it, go back and see it for yourself. www.breathoflifechurch.com

2 Samuel 23:15-17 (King James Version)
15And David longed, and said, Oh that one would give me drink of the water of the well of Bethlehem, which is by the gate!

16And the three mighty men brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem, that was by the gate, and took it, and brought it to David: nevertheless he would not drink thereof, but poured it out unto the LORD.

17And he said, Be it far from me, O LORD, that I should do this: is not this the blood of the men that went in jeopardy of their lives? therefore he would not drink it. These things did these three mighty men.

Every one is a leader to someone. But great leaders lead by example. They don't just preach it, they live what they preach. David exemplified a leader that led by example. King David's men had seen their leader sacrifice and follow God. They were committed to God, but connected to leadership.

They were so connected that they were willing to sacrifice it all for their leader. But King David was so committed to God's heart, he didn't take advantage of them, but poured the water out.

Now, some might say this act was an act of religion. By King David pouring out the water did not undermine the 3 men nor what they sacrificed. He saw the sacrifice as selfless and their commitment to the cause and their connection to him. He poured it out not to undermine their sacrifice for their leader, but to show them his sacrifice unto the Lord.

He was leading by example. Just as they sacrificed their lives for a natural King, so did King David sacrifice his life for the true King-Jesus.

Today, lead by example in every area of your life. Refuse to settle but for nothing but God's best in life.

It's all Worth It

It's Friday, Can't wait till Sunday. It's going to be awesome. Bring a friend you don't wont to miss it.

Luke 2:52 (King James Version)

And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man

Kinetic is of, relating to, or resulting from motion. In our life our faith in Christ causes the motion toward what His will is in our life. Romans 10:17 says faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. It's His Word that will cause our faith to expand.

Many times we have faith failure, not because we didn't have faith, but it's where our faith was place in.

Daniel 3:18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

The 3 Hebrew Men did not compromise their integrity and character. They did not place there faith in their abilities, or assume things were just going to work out, no they placed their faith in God's Word. This faith in God caused spiritual Kinetic energy to happen.

Today, don't compromise in any area of your life. Don't sacrifice the permeate upon the altar of immediate. The end of the story is they received promotion and those that came against them were eliminated. At the end it will be all worth it.

Building a Legacy to Leave a Legacy

It's Wednesday. I welcome all out tonight to our Wednesday Night Bible Study at 7:30 P.M.
You don't wont to miss it.

Genesis 6:14 (King James Version)

Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.

Many students across America are gearing up to start school. Some have already started and others soon. The question I have is, what legacy are we leaving for our children.

The bible states Noah found grace in the sight of God. God shaw the potential in Noah and that He would follow through on what He asked him to do. I want you to know God sees potential in you and I. He is looking to see if we will follow through like Noah did.

Noah built something that even to this day was systemically sound and had a buoyancy to float in water. He didn't listen to those around him. Those who said it would never rain. People will always try to distract you from pursuing God. But Noah stayed the course and continued building a legacy for him and for his children.

Proverbs 13:22 (King James Version)A good man leave an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

When we follow the way of the Lord in our attitude, conduct, and association, we are building a legacy to leave a legacy.

Today, allow His voice to be the voice that influences you. Allow His attitude be the attitude you have with others. And finally, allow His Word to in filter every area of your life. Then you will be building a legacy to leave a legacy. It's not how you start, it's that you finish and finish strong.

Reaching Your Full Potential

WOW! What an awesome Service we had. If you missed it, go to our website and see it for yourself. www.breathoflifechurch.com

Philippians 3:13-14 (King James Version)

13Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

14I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

We can only reach our full potential in Christ by allowing Him to make us in every area of our life. It's when the squeeze is on, that we really see what you are made up of on the inside. We see what comes out. In addition, Paul said in 2 Corinthians 3:6 that Christ has made him an able minister of the gospel. Being made an able minister; one who is able to withstand the pressue and temptations that come along with your career. Paul was made into an "able minister". One who was tested in many aspects and points resulting in the development of his character and intergrity.

Hosea 7:8 talks about Ephraim being half baked. Don't allow the enemy to convince you, that you don't need to pray everyday, or say I'm sorry. It's the foxes that spoil the vine.

Don't walk around 1/2 baked, because you carry failures, disappointments, should of - could of's and would of's around with you. Paul said in Phil 3:13 to forget those things that are behind and reach unto.... We have to release that which is poison, intrusive thoughts that are dream killers.

I encourage you today, to run after that dream - deep inside. It's not too late! God destiny and will for your life is still yet to unfold. The best is yet to come! Even if you think you have experienced success - God wants you to know "YOU AIN'T SEEN NOTHING YET"!

See what you Speak

It's Friday! The weekend is here. Make sure you make plans to come out this weekend. It's going to be awesome.

Also be watching our website, we will be having a new Live Show. It starts August 24,2009. Were Calling it "Wake Up with the Pastors Mark & Veronica." Times will be on the website www.breathoflifechurch.com

1 Kings 18:44 (King James Version)And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down that the rain stop thee not.

In life we are faced with problems and success. Instead of speaking what you See, you should speak the Word of God and that is what you see. The servant didn't see anything until the 7th time. He had to continue to speak what the Word of God said would happen, until he saw what He spoke.

Whatever situation you are in good or bad, speak what His Word states about it and that is what you see. The bible states out of the abundance of the heart the mouth will speak. Seeing is believing, so what you speak according to the Word of God is what you will see. It's not what you see you speak, because if you speak what you see, instead of speaking what God has already purposed and planed, then you will not be able to see what His outcome is.

Elijah's servant said I see a man's fist, that was all Elijah needed to hear. Because after you speak, and see what you have spoken according to His word, then you will hear what He has said would happen.

Today, take time out and speak what God states about your life and situations, and then you will be able see clearly.

God Bless,

Pastor Mark

More Excellent Way

It's Wednesday and only 2 more days. Don't miss tonight it, I will be starting a new series.

1 Corinthians 12:31 (King James Version)

But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

There are many different ways of accomplish things in our life, but there is only one way to accomplish those thing in our life and have good success. This is doing God's will, His way, and with His wisdom and strategy.

Vision stays the same, but the strategies change. Paul declares to us a more excellent way. The best and most productive way of handling, accomplishing, and changing things.

Isaiah 55:9 (The Message)
8-11"I don't think the way you think. The way you work isn't the way I work." God's Decree."For as the sky soars high above earth, so the way I work surpasses the way you work, and the way I think is beyond the way you think.Just as rain and snow descend from the skies and don't go back until they've watered the earth,Doing their work of making things grow and blossom, producing seed for farmers and food for the hungry,So will the words that come out of my mouth not come back empty-handed.They'll do the work I sent them to do, they'll complete the assignment I gave them.

Today, consider His way, His method, and His wisdom. His track record has never been beaten and His return on investment is out of this World.

Pastor Mark

Triple A

Wow! What an awesome service we had. Don't miss a service for anything.

John 15:16 (King James Version)

Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

You have been appointed, anointed, and approved by God. Many times when we except positions, start a business, get married, start having children- we can feel unqualified, even though we know what to do. The reason is the enemy likes to get us to doubt about what God has already promised we could have and do.

In this passage of scripture Jesus explained that He chooses us and if we allow Him, the choices in our life. He has the best method and strategy to accomplish every goal in life. But the key is knowing that you have been qualified by God- anointed, appointed, and approved.

Paul said this about his past. Paul said in I Corinthians 7 that He has wronged no man. Even though he killed men, women, and children and was apart of the first martyr for Christ. He went on the say I press toward the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. He realized it's not by His works that qualified him to preach the gospel, no it was God who called, anointed, appointed, and approved him.

Today, know that you have been anointed to do what you do, appointed not only by man, but by God, and that you have been approved not only by man, but by God. And He will see you through.

The Law Of Increase

It's Friday! Don't miss this Sunday. I will be starting a brand new series on the Book of Acts.
This is going to change your life forever. I can't wait till Sunday.

Mark 8:3-5 (King James Version)

3And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way: for divers of them came from far.

4And his disciples answered him, From whence can a man satisfy these men with bread here in the wilderness?

5And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven.

The Law of Increase is the more that we give, the less we have, but the more we end up with. God can do more with less. The more we give, the less we will have, but we will end up with more than we gave. It is the same with our lives. The more we give of ourselves, with our time, talents, and treasures, the less we have of ourselves, the more God can do with us.

Too many Christians are so full of themselves that they have less of God. We must be sowers not just sow. Every one can sing, but there are some people who are singers. Christians should be regular sowers-givers.

On our job with our co-workers are we sowers sowing words of encouragement, buying them lunch, coming to work on time. Don't hold back on what you should give, if we do it will lead to poverty.

Jesus fed 5,000 people with 5 loaves of bread and ended up with 12 baskets left over. He ended up with more than what He had when He started. We will never lose what we give, but we are looking for increase.

Don't be afraid to allow God to do more with the less we have. Every one of us should become a sower, one who practices sowing on a regular basis.

Pastor Mark

Forecast

It's Wednesday half way through the work week and the best is yet to come. I want to invite all to come out to our weekly Bible Study. Don't miss it.

1 Kings 18:41 (King James Version)

And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain.

The question is always what do you see and hear. Even though the economy is the way it is; and though we are at war, I see the abundance of rain. I see my financial economy growing and expanding. I hear God releasing the blessing of God in every area of my life.

In this passage of scripture Elijah had said that it would not rain for 3 1/2 years, then he prayed for it to rain again. You see everything in life is temporary. The only thing that is permanent is our salvation in Christ. The problems you may be facing today, will pass.

The bible states where sin abounded, grace did much more abound. No matter how bad it may get, the forecast is...brighter days are ahead of you. The forecast for our life if we chose to, is an abundant life...living on the abundant side of life.

Today, now that you have received your forecast, go out and win. Go see every promise and dream that God has put in our heart come to pass. All we have to do is do what Elijah did pray and hear.

God Bless,

Pastor Mark

Think Big

What an Awesome Service we had yesterday! If you missed it you can go to our website and view it. www.breathoflifechurch.com

Isaiah 54:2-3 (New Living Translation)

2 “Enlarge your house; build an addition.
Spread out your home, and spare no expense!
3 For you will soon be bursting at the seams.
Your descendants will occupy other nations
and resettle the ruined cities.

The greatest experience in life is accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior. We then were able to look at life as no limits and no boundaries to what God can accomplish in our life. God tells us to enlarge or think big.

Thinking big means that nothing is impossible for God to do or fix. God's way of doing tasks and projects have the greatest return of investment in our lives.

If you are believing for something or are doing what you have been waiting to do, don't limit God on how or when, just know He will.

Verse 3 of this same chapter tells us to expect what God said will come. Just as a woman when she is pregnant prepares for the coming of her baby, so are we to prepare for what God has told us will happen. Don't wait till the last moment, start preparing right now. Because He said it will come.

Matthew 13:8 stays that it will come in 30, 60, and 100 fold, but it will come to full maturity.
