Psalm 133:2

It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;

A Godly leader must be one the is willing to grow and mature in every area of their life. The buck as they say stops at the top. As a parent what you say and do, your children will follow.. As a manager the atmosphere you set will be the preceding success of those following you. Everything falls and rises upon leadership.

The alignment that exists at the top is often a good indication of the unification (or fragmentation) that will be found as you go deeper into the ranks of the organization. As Christians we must come in alignment with the Word of God and what God has commanded us to do. That is why it says the anointing flowed down Aaron’s beard, then to his skirts of his garment. The anointing starts with the head.

If the head does not have God’s anointing on their life, then there will be friction in the rest of the organization. Today, no matter what your career is, know that God has anointed you. Allow His oil to flow through your life. It starts with the top.

God Bless,

Pastor Mark
