Isaiah 61:3 (King James Version)
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.
God’s desire is that we live in a place of more than enough in every area of our lives. The word reciprocity means the quality or state of being reciprocal: mutual dependence, action, or influence. When we trade our ashes for beauty or for God’s influence and dependency, then we will be able to obtain God’s reciprocity of success in every area of our life.
Psalm 68:19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
Here are 4 points to the reciprocity of success.
1. Let old package go. It’s like your trashcan on your computer. Every time someone tells you something negative place it in there and delete it. It’s not worth your time.
2. Be who God created you to be in life. Galatians 6:4 - in the message bible states do your creative best. God wants you and I to do our creative best.
3. Expand your boundaries. Take the lid off of every area of your life.
4. Empty the trash. Just like you place trash in your desktop trash can then delete it. Do the same with things in our life that need to be deleted. So, when you have emptied all of the trash out, then you are able to load up on all the benefits that God has spoken in His Word.
